
Diverse organisations perform better, they make better decisions they are more creative and as the world becomes more diverse they are more sustainable and better placed to develop and grow.
Inclusion is one of our values and we strongly believe everyone has the right to be treated fairly, respected and be able to succeed in business and in life.
With many years experience in senior leadership within a charity for disadvantaged adults, diversity and inclusion has been at the heart of many of the solutions we have provided. We have experience in increasing representation of diverse employees in the workforce and creating internal networks to ensure employee voice is heard and development is available, and encouraged for everyone, along with creating frameworks and auditing practices. We also have experience of working with external partners to gain insight and consult, such as the Asian Business Chamber of Commerce.
In 2019 we produced a research report on ”The Barriers to Progression to Leadership and Governance for Diverse Groups’ and have gone on to share this research in many different ways, including through our Inclusive Leadership training.
As specialists in this area, we can work with you to provide solutions and create a more inclusive organisation, with more inclusive leaders.
We also regularly run workshops or speak at events and conferences about inclusion. Organisations we have worked with include the CIPD, Scouts Association, Irwin Mitchell, Stone Kind, Women in Recruitment and the Association of Colleges.
